$100 per 90 minutes

This includes a 20-30 minute health history conversation, and 45-50 minutes of either Structural Relief Therapy or Bowenwork.

*All first time clients must pay a $50 deposit to hold the appointment time, at the time of making the appointment.

Bowenwork Follow-up Appointment

$88 per session 45-60 minutes

Bowenwork is a minimally invasive, hands-on, therapy that unlocks your natural healing mechanisms. Practitioners perform a sequence of small, rolling movements on specific spots on the body, (think about gently plucking a guitar string) followed with rest periods. The rest periods or integration times allow your body and brain to communicate with each other and begin the healing process. (Think about downloading an upgrade to an app on your phone) Clients may remain clothed, if desired.

MSTR Scar Tissue Release

$88 per hour, $44 per 30 minutes

MSTR® can play an important part of post-surgical recovery and is often applied for scarring from surgical intervention or trauma wounds. Gentle, cross-fiber, movements are applied all along the scar in a pattern that helps untangle the scar tissue (think of your scar like a tangled ball of yarn), we are helping the body get untangled! This improves blood flow, muscle strength, and lymph drainage. It can be extremely effective for long or short term scarring such as:

Structural Relief Therapy

$95 per hour, $160 per 2 hours

Structural Relief Therapy (SRT) is a painless and effective alternative to deep tissue massage based the osteopathic principles of Strain Counterstain. The client is moved into a position of comfort around a tender point and held for 90-120 seconds. Afterwards, the pain is reduced and movement is restored to the muscles and joint. SRT decreases involuntary muscle spasms and guarding, which decreases pain, reduces inflammation and increases range of motion.
